  • Barry Deeter
    Board President
Mr. Deeter is the Director of the Regional Dialysis Centers for the U of U. In his position, he has become acutely aware of the needs that businesses have for hiring the most competent employees and the reciprocal demands this places on our education system. As a father of two sons who have excelled in their academic performance while participating fully in athletics, he is a strong advocate for higher standards for all programs, for all students.

       Jeff Richens
    Board Member
Jeff is a product of the Carbon School District and raising his four children in the same system has helped him to understand that when students have a team of parents, teachers, and administrators all working toward their success, those students will have more rewarding successes. Mr. Richens is a great supporter for students of all ages and abilities, but with emphasis on academic excellence and character development. His focus will be to assist in providing the best possible education, experiences, and preparation for the rising generation.
