Barry Deeter Board President Mr. Deeter is the Director of the Regional Dialysis Centers for the U of U. In his position, he has become acutely aware of the needs that businesses have for hiring the most competent employees and the reciprocal demands this places on our education system. Mr. Richens is a great supporter for students of all ages and abilities, but with emphasis on academic excellence and character development.
